The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT, and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

Items removal times are the day of the auction and the following Monday-Friday from 9am to 4:30pm

Buyers Premiums:
5% per item for payments made with Cash, Local Check, or Debit Card
10% per item for all items won via Proxibid.com

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
