Best Rate Cleanouts is hosting a fantastic Swansea Estate Sale on Friday August 15th from 9am-2pm. This home features a wide mix of items. You will find an antique telephone booth, contemporary dining room table and chairs, mahogany bedroom furniture, military medals, artwork, oil paintings, prints, books, glassware, depression glass, Byers Choice Carolers, ceiling light fixtures & fans, old lanterns, beer signs, advertising signs, vintage gold photos and images, golf clubs, old John Deere tractor, holiday items, Christmas items, kitchen items, small collection of walking sticks, posters, living room furniture, Grandmothers clock, household items, knick knacks, collectibles and so much more… This is a fun One Day Sale so you don’t want to miss it!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!
Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a sign-up sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and you must be present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).
