Auctioneer and owners make no warranties or guarantees as to genuineness, authenticity of, or defect of any items and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or all other advertisements. *Sales tax WILL NOT be charged on vehicles. Sales tax will be charged on all other items. *Title documents will be held until payment verified. *Bidder inspection is encouraged; inspect photos and note any special payment conditions. Please call (307) 212-2319 for additional questions. *By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. *10% buyers premium will be charged. *Bank letter of credit required on purchases over $10,000 for those attending the auction (in person). Certified funds or wire transfer required of ALL INTERNET BUYERS. Collectible cars and treasures auction for the Estate of LaVern Hamre in Laramie, WY. LaVern owned the NAPA Auto Parts Store in Laramie for over 50 years. He collected fine, original classic cars and we remember the die-cast cars and trucks lining the walls of the store in Laramie. His decanter collection consists of over 600 bottles. Everything sells absolute, with no reserves. Classic cars will sell at 12 noon (MDT) on Saturday, September 12, 2020. Bidders may participate either online (www.wyopetersenauctionservice.hibid.com) or in-person (528 South Adams Street, Old Game & Fish Building, Laramie, Wyoming). The classic car collection consists of 19 lots. We have included pictures of each vehicle in the lot listing. Please note that the vehicles are the only items available for webcast/live bidding. For questions and additional information about specific lots, contact Brian at (307) 212-2319 PRIOR to 6PM MDT on Friday September 11th; you must also be pre-registered by this time. Bidding is open and will be available live for close beginning at 12 noon on September 12th. Notification and reconciliation of successful online bidding transactions will occur after the auction concludes at approximately 5PM on Saturday....we will be unable to process winning bids until the entire sale concludes. REMEMBER Online bidders MUST be registered to participate by 6PM on Friday September 11, 2020. |
