Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM and launches at 5:00 PM the evening prior to each day of the sale. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com! Signups launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site. Numbers will be for the main home, lines will form for the other buildings. We will be limiting the number of people in each building of this property, this will vary from 10-20 at one time. NO children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the buildings. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside each building and on the property while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time with us. Thank you for your cooperation! This 11-acre property has been in the same family for five generations and at one time was the site of a landscaping company. The sale will be held in the two-story Colonial home with four bedrooms, a walkout basement and a garage, the building which was used an office and the cinder block machine shop. There are items for sale from all five generations of this family including furniture for every room, home decor, man cave collectibles, exercise equipment and tools galore.
