Auction Terms & Conditions

Accepting these terms enters you as a Buyer or Bidder into a contract between The name registered and Bid To Buy Auctions, It is understood that the terms listed below shall govern this auction.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. When registering as a new bidder the credit card you are registering with will have an authorization done.

The credit card used for registration will be charged for your purchases following the auction close, unless you specifically contact us ahead of time to arrange for cash payment at pickup time, You can also do this by writing in "Notes to the Auctioneer" on the registration page.

Dealers who are sales tax exempt must provide their sellers permit number in the Notes to the Auctioneer section on the registration page. Not doing so will result in a sales tax charge. Sellers permit Forms will be available at pickup for you to fill out.

A 15% Buyers fee will be applied, plus any applicable sales tax. (on location Estate sales are tax exempt)

Full payment must be made before any items leave the premises.

Bidder agrees not to pursue chargebacks on any credit card payments.
Unless auction is announced as absolute the auctioneer/auction firm has the right to reject any and all bids.
The auctioneers/auction firm further has the right to bid on behalf of the buyer, the seller, or on their behalf.
Auctioneer/auction firm reserves the right to divide any lot, to combine any two or more lots, or withdraw any lot or lots from the auction.
NO WARRANTY: The descriptions of items in this auction are believed to be correct. Neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Owner, its Officers, Agents or Employees of auctions concerning any item shall be constructed as a warranty, either express or implied.
ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS with all faults. Which means the buyer, has examined this merchandise and accepts it the way it is,
INSPECTION IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property.
INJURY & DAMAGE:Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent,
and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
By registering for this auction you give Bid to Buy Auctions permission to add you to their mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
Bidder inspection is strongly encouraged.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen to accept the risk of not personally examining them.
Bid to Buy Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, Bid to Buy Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction.


This auction features a "soft close" otherwise known as an auto bid extend feature,
When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed.
The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.

The first item is scheduled to close at 6:P.M. CST on Monday Aug. 17th Items will close every twenty seconds after that unless the auto extend feature kicks in.

Pick Up Day is Wednsday Aug. 19 from 10am till 5pm

Bid To Buy Auctions does not test items for genuineness. All descriptions are believed true, inspections is strongly encouraged.

Measurements are approximate sizes, Tape measures and yard sticks etc. are often included in the photos to benefit the buyer and guage size, They are not included in the sale unless specified

You are bidding on the described item, not the photography. On occasion the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the description.

Failure to pick up items: Any items left behind after the specific pick up date or dates will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements were pre-approved.
Bid to Buy Auctins staff does NOT move, carry or load items for you. You must supply any packing material or boxes needed for transport of items.
Failure to Arrange for shipping: Any items with no shipping arrangements made and left behind after the specific pick up date or dates will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited.

Shipping:
Please call us at 920-639-8003 with your credit card information prior to Pick up day. As shipping charges will be billed to you on a separate transaction after auction close. (We do not keep you cc info on file)
RATES: If what your bidding on fits into a flat rate usps box it can be mailed at cost+ $3. Per box.
Other packaging and Shipping services may be offered, if available, for $23. per hour + materials with a min1 hour fee. Call First. 920-639-8003
FOR SHIPPING FRAMED PICTURES (and other fragile items) Bid to buy auctions can deliver your purchases to Pack and Ship of Depere WI at your request, and give them your contact information. They will determin cost and contact you for Payment of shipping. Bid To Buy Auctions is not responsible for breakage.
