3180 Jefferson Avenue From I-70 in Washington, take the Jefferson Ave. Exit #17. Turn right on to Rt. 18/Jefferson Ave and go to the intersection of Rt. 18 and Rt. 844. Bear left on Rt. 844 for 3½ miles to the auction site on the right. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
We have been commissioned by the Seik Estate to sell the following items to settle the estate. The items will be coming from the original brick homestead house with additional lots from the wagon barn, additional barns, and outbuildings. This is a large estate auction with more items still to be uncovered!
Bidding begins Thursday, August 20th at 7:00 pm, and begins ending on Friday, August 28th at 6:00 pm. Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be Tuesday, August 25th, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Pick-up will be Saturday, August 29th, from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. ONE DAY PICKUP ONLY!
