* All bids are final
* All items are sold as is whereas no exceptions
* All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any question please contact us.
* A 10% buyers premium will be added to every item sold.
* There will be a 3.5% credit card fee on all transactions using a credit card, we will charge your Hibid card in file after the auction unless other arrangements have been made with lane Auction company. If your card is declined, we will send an invoice along with your settlement, if that invoice isn't paid within 24 hours of close of auction, your settlement will void and those items will be relisted and sold. You will not be able to bid on any future auctions through Lane Auction Company. Again, we are in the auction business, not the debt collecting business.
* All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. Items not picked up during that time will be subject to a $10 per day storage fee for a period of 5 days. After 5 days have elapsed items will be considered forfeited and will be donated, sold, or disposed of without refund. We are not a storage warehouse and have no intentions of becoming one.
* No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full.
* It is the bidders responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items.
* Cash is accepted on day of pick up but prior arrangements must be made, checks are accepted but must clear our bank before items are to leave our warehouse. If you plan on paying cash you MUST pick up items during the designated pick up days. If items are not picked up during the designated pick up days, your settlement will be void and items will be resold. Bidding privileges will be suspended. You will regain bidding privileges only if you agree to pay with credit card on file with HIBID and applicable fees associated with using a credit card.
* We offer shipping through a third party company called Pak Mail. We also can ship UPS, and FEDEX Ground. We do not dictate what these companies charge us to ship. If you feel shipping charges are not in line, you are more than welcome to purchase a shipping label from UPS yourself and we will put the label on your shipment. We are not in the shipping business, we are in the auction business and offer shipping as a service.
* All of our auctions have a soft close.
* Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.
* While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Lane Auction Company shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.
* Any Announcements made on day of sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. Buyers Premium May Apply.
* Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond control. Internet bidders be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds but is not responsible for the final result of delays.
