For the safety of our customers and employees, face masks are required. We are required to follow state rules and guidelines on social distancing. This may include restrictions on how many people may enter at one time. We also have hand sanitizer available.

We ask that you DO NOT disturb home or homeowners prior to sale start or after sale hours.

There are no public restrooms.

Sales
• First come first serve for sale of merchandise.
• All merchandise sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL so please test and check carefully before checkout.
• We do not quote prices prior to sale unless the item is listed as a presale item.
• We reserve the right to verify, check and/or correct any prices on items with missing or incorrect price tags.

Payment
• We accept cash & credit cards. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit/debit purchases.
• We do not accept checks.

Safety
• Please be careful throughout the home MVP is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on or near the property.
• Watch your step as you enter home.

Pick-up/Delivery/Large Items
• Please have help for large items. We do not move, load or transport merchandise.
• If you need delivery help, we can refer you to a professional delivery partner.
• All items must be picked-up prior to end of sale.
