All items are sold as is. No refunds for any reason. We accept cash and credit cards with a 4% convenience fee per transaction as forms of payment. We reserve the right refuse service to anyone out of line with the rules of the sale posted in the house. We are unable to move furniture. Any items purchased must be picked up by the last day of the sale. We may not always have time to answer all calls and questions as we may be busy staging our clients home. We work hard for our clients and ask you be respectful while in their home. Children are sometimes allowed with the parent holding their hand. ( Depending on the client).
