**WE SELL AN ITEM AS IS AND WHERE IT IS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DISMANTLE AND MOVE ITEMS. IF BUYING A LARGE ITEM PLEASE BE PREPARED TO GET ASSISTANCE.

We do not allow large bags into the sale and reserve the right to inspect all bags.

**We take no responsibility for moving items, damage to item or injuries occurred while moving a purchase . If an employee of China Cat Antiques, LLC does assist you we do not assume any responsibility for damage. Please also remember that Tipping is not just a city in China but a polite gesture when given assistance by ssomeone earns a living in lifting, loading, etc.

**All sales are FINAL NO REFUNDS are given so please check item carefully. If electrical make sure you plug the item in and test it. All item are sold ‘As Is.’

We accept Cash, Check, Debit Cards and Credit Cards with proper form of ID

We attempt to provide wrapping but sometimes run out.

We do NOT provide prices until the sale opens and everyone with numbers has been able to shop. We do accept credit cards over the phone after the sale has been open for at least 30 minutes. Just remember sometimes during a sale it’s not always possible to reach us.
