ALL FURNISHINGS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE FINAL DAY OF THE SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS! 4. All Sales are "FINAL" and "AS IS". 5. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to check your merchandise for damage, scratches etc. ANY damage that we notice is on the sales tag. Terms and Conditions: 6. You MUST bring help to load large items. WE CANNOT HELP LOAD FURNITURE. 7. Please DO NOT call for pricing and we DO NOT presell. 8. Some exclusions may apply to daily discount. 9. We DO NOT discount fine jewelry or precious metals. PLEASE READ ALL NEIGHBORHOOD RULES! 1. The River Club requests masks be required 2. The River Club requests firm scheduled appointments of 15 cars per 45-minute intervals. Guests may only stay for their 45 minute scheduled appointment. A Driver’s License IS required for entry. Guests wanting to enter before / after their allotted time frame will be turned away. 3. The River Club requires guests to follow The River Club parking rules; park on sidewalk side of the street facing the exit way, do not block driveways/mailboxes, no parking in the cul-de-sac 4. The River Club requires all guests to follow the traffic rules; speed limit 20 mph throughout entire neighborhood and adhering to all stop signs and crossings. 5. Items to be picked up after the sale would need arrangements made prior to pick up for access into the neighborhood.
