Auction Terms:

This is a Public Auction.

5% Buyer's Premium on all online purchases.

 

All purchases must be paid by Wednesday after sale.

Cash, Cashier Check, Bank Wire, or Check accompanied by an Irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee.  Letter should state: Our bank, (name of bank) irrevocably will guarantee any checks written to IRAY Auction for purchase of items at the December 2, 2020 Auction by (you or your company name) from account number (fill in number) up to the total amount of $_________.

Credit Card payments will be charged an administration fee.

Late Payment fee will apply to balances not paid within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to pull items if unforeseen circumstances require it.

All items sell "as is-where is", no guarantees. All sales final.

No items removed without prior settling with clerk.
