Announcements made on auction day take precedence over previous announcements or written material.

This is a public auction. All people attending should be prepared to follow current CDC and Pennsylvania Covid-19 guidelines.

6% PA Sales Tax.

Sellers!

We will be following CDC suggested guidelines in an effort to reduce risk of spreading Covid-19.

Participating and/or Attending this Tailgate Auction is at YOUR OWN RISK. Face masks or shields must be worn by all persons in attendance. Additionally, we must maintain the suggested social distance of 6 feet, whenever possible.

We will not be selling under the pavilion for this auction but, instead, will be using the parking area for the auction. Bring a table(s) or put items on the ground [maybe on a tarp?] behind your vehicle.  Or we can sell items directly out of the back of your car or pick-up truck.

Otherwise, this will be like the Tailgate Auctions of the past few years.

1. Call to reserve a space. Your items will be sold in the order of registration. Call before 8pm September 30th.

2. 20% commission will be charged for items sold. As always we do out best to sell all the items you bring however, sometimes that is not possible. Please take all your unsold items with you. We have no way of disposing those items for you.

 Unfortunately, until we come up with a better solution, or the health guidelines change, we will do the best we can with what little freedom we have.
