SPECIAL NOTE: At the time of this posting, Due to Covid19 we are still limited to 10 People (including the Auctioneer & 1 UHaul person); therefore, the first 8 people at the facility will be able to register & bid. You must maintain a distance of 6 ft from each other & you must wear a mask (if you do not have a mask UHaul will give you one to put on). Due to the restricted number of people please do not bring anyone with you, if you do they must stay in the car, as only the Bidder will be allowed in the building. If this number changes and more people are allowed to gather we will update this notice! Thanks for your understanding & cooperation at this time!

The above are hereby notified that their goods stored at U-Haul located at 1340 East Third St Dayton, OH 45403 will be sold at public auction on September 24th, 2020 at 1:30PM. Terms: Cash Only. A $50.00 Deposit will be required, which will be refunded, if the Unit is cleaned out completely in 48 Hours. If you have Vendors #, please bring your certificate. Otherwise, state tax will be charged.
