DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of Hwy 80 & 39 in Somerset, take Hwy 39 north approximately 11 miles.  Turn right on Jack Hamilton Rd. The property is located at end of the road.

TRACT 1 consists of 1.96 acres cleared and woodland.
