MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED !  If you say you have a “medical” condition that prevents you from wearing a mask correctly,(covering the mouth AND nose, people !), then, you probably shouldn’t be out shopping, eh ? We’ll have soap and water, and the ever-present hand sanitizer available.  Just follow the rules, please.

We have a very nice sale this Friday, Saturday AND SUNDAY !!! (September 11,12, 13)  Not a lot of tools, guys, but we’ll make up for that later !! Please remember we aren’t allowed to put signs anywhere except the sale property, but it’s not a hard address to find.

The sale will be held at 108 Jamestown Avenue,(College Park), in Clute. The subdivision is across from the college campus.  Turn onto Concord Avenue, off College Drive. Jamestown is the first left, follow it around the curve, the house will be on the right. You can also turn on Lexington or Williamsburg, get on Washington, and Jamestown is off that. 

Please park carefully, don’t block driveways, the street, or impede traffic in any way, please. The Clute officers have handy dandy sharpened pencils, for issuing citations…

The house is full, please SOCIAL DISTANCE, people. 

NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS.

No large purses, back packs, totes, etc. will be allowed in, they could be subject to search.

We accept cash, credit cards, and approved Brazoria County checks. Our returned check fee is $60. If ya think that’s outrageous, write your bad checks somewhere else.

Estate Liquidators does NOT PROVIDE MOVING SERVICES, NOR PACK MULES, You need to make arrangements to have your large, or bulky items moved, please.
