If there is an item that you do not want to risk losing, please attend the in-person portion of this sale. ‼️This is an in-person and online sale. We will be following guidelines and limiting the number of people allowed in the home. A service charge will be added to your order if it is not picked up on the designated days. If your items are not picked up, they will be brought to the warehouse. Please make sure you sign up on the schedule you are sent after we receive your payment confirmation. LOOK FOR SIGN UP GENIUS IN YOUR EMAIL INBOX FOR THE SCHEDULE AND AVAILABLE TIMES. ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY: You can use the make an offer tab online, HOWEVER, please note this item is still available for sale until the item is purchased. If we accept your offer price, it MUST be purchased right away. The item is still for sale even though the offer is accepted until it is actually purchased.
