**All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties made nor implied. There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks or refunds. Bidder waives their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Although some items are listed in working condition we do not guarantee durability or safety! This is left to the buyer's discretion and soley their responsibility.

***All items must be paid for in full before pickup. No payment at pickup -Hodge Auction LLC may suspend your online bidding privileges-indefinitely.

*****It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read description and Hodge Auction LLC recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. Hodge Auction LLC shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out.

** Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading,and moving all items purchased without assistance from Hodge Auction
**If you are buying smaller items & glassware you will need to bring boxes & packing material, if you are buying large items & furniture you will need to bring your own straps/ ropes & packing materials.
**Failure to pick up items, the items purchased shall be deemed abandoned and the buyer will lose any rights, title, or interest of items.

**ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION'S CLOSE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF AS WE SE FIT, BUYER WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 10% OF INVOICE PRICE WITH A $5.00 MINIMUM. THIS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER'S CARD ON FILE.

**********During the Auction you can check the status of your bid at anytime.

***********Bidding is similiar to ebay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to beat out the other bidders at a prescribed bid increments. If two people place the same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount.

************Due to Auction being online. If for any reason the system goes down for internet system problems on Hodge Auction LLC, Hodge Auction LLC has the right to reopen the bidding back up to extend the auction.
Hodge Auction LLC also has the right to change the dates due to unforseeable circumstances in the event of natural disasters, health risks, national crisis or acts of God.
Hodge Auction LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Hodge Auction LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction.Hodge Auction LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction.

Buyer's Premium 10% Buyer's premium will be charged per item. Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Debit Card, which will be charged at the conculsion of the auction. Please contact the auction company with any questions or concerns.

Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading.

Auction Local Pickup Hodge Auction LLC will provide a local pickup location and schedule. Winning bidders will be notified once we have received and acknowledged payment in full.
