Estate is an accumulation of items from three houses so everything is triple - furniture, lighting, china, artwork, tools, books - too much to list - please view the photos.  

RULES of ENGAGEMENT! PLEASE READ! We are following the NYS Dept of Health guidelines - EVERYONE must wear a mask - and wear it Properly!  Covering nose and mouth!  Social distancing is a must - we will be limiting the number of people in the house at a time so line up and as one leaves one can go in - House is HUGE so social distancing when in the house should not be an issue.  we have sanitizer and wipes but please also bring your own- also bring your own bags.

There will be a clipboard as you enter the house for contact tracing if needed after the sale - name and phone number will be collected.  

this is a 'let's empty the house!' Sale however there are some items that are tagged at well below eBay prices but we will take bids on and whomever is offering the most will get it on the last day of the sale
