This is an online auction only.

All bids entered are an agreement to purchase said item and signifies that the bidder has examined the item to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All sales are final. No returns for any reason. We describe all items to the best of our ability however all items are sold as is, where is with no guarantee. If you have questions on any item, contact us before you bid. You can call us at 308-224-5361 M-F 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. central time. We are open throughout the week for you to come in and inspect any item up for auction unless otherwise stated. Please see our business hours. We also reserve the right to reject any bid for any reason at our sole discretion.

Buyer's Premium & Tax: Please note that there is a 7% sales tax applied to all purchases unless you have a tax exempt number on file with us. There is a 13% buyer's premium applied to all purchases. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check and cash. Call in payment or pay in person within 48 hours of auction end. If items are not picked up during allotted time, you are still responsible for payment and will have to forfeit the items.

Staggered & Soft Closing: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CDT on October 7th. One lot will end every 15 seconds. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot.

All items purchased must be picked up on Thursday after the auction. All items are sold with local pick up or shipping. Items can be picked up Thursday 1 pm - 6 p.m. The credit card on file will be charged for all purchases. If items are not picked up during alloted time, the items are disposed of at the auctioneers discretion. If items need to be shipped, you will pay actual shipping costs plus a $15 handling fee.

The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction, extend bidding or cancel bidding in the case of system failures. We also reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction. Neither the company providing the software nor Tri-City Auction Center shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.

All items sell as is with no warrany or guarantee.

***NOTE: You must have a current photo ID and either a Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit, Nebraska Conceal Carry Permit or FFL to bid on any firearm. NO EXCEPTIONS. These also must be presented at time of pick up and you will be required to complete a Firearm Transaction form 4473. Firearms can be mailed to your local FFL for pick up.***

**We will NOT ship any ammunition - ALL ammunition MUST be picked up in person at our auction center in Hastings, NE.**

University of Nebraska Kearney surplus liquidation online auction will run from Thursday, September 17th to Wednesday, October 7th at 7 p.m. CST. One lot will end every 15 seconds beginning at 7 p.m. Please note a buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to all purchases. Pick up will be on the UNK campus Thursday, October 8th from 1-6 pm. ALL items MUST be removed during alloted pick up time. No EXCEPTIONS! All items not picked up during the alloted time frame will become the property of the auction and will be disposed of at the discretion of the auctioneer.
