You are required to read and agree to all terms and conditions for this auction. (If you do not agree please do not register to bid.) All items are sold as is / where is! It is recommended that you attend the open house to familiarize yourself with the items you wish to purchase. (Example: color, size, shape, age, or overall condition). If there is no open house offered, please feel free to call us if there is a question about the condition of a lot prior to bidding. All bids are binding.

Registration: Registration requires a credit card for verification of identification only. We will not add any charges to your credit card until auction pick up is over. Therefore, you can pay with a check or cash if you wish. If you fail to attend the scheduled pick up your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your purchases.

Bidding: Once you have registered now it's time to bid. Go to view catalog. Click on an item inside the catalog that you wish to bid on. After reading the description you can now bid. Click on the "bid button". You can bid to the next increment or place a max bid. If you choose max bid the computer will bid for you up to your max amount. Preset bidding increments have been set up. As the price of an item increases the bid amount increments will increase. It is not necessary to enter a decimal point and zeros to your bid amount. The computer software will enter them for you. Some items will be sold "times the money". If it's a sold "times the money" item it will look like this "X5". Example: If an item sells for $2 dollars each and it is a X5 lot then the price will be $10. Bidding Live: You can also bid live as the auction closes. 10 minutes before the auction closes click on "enter live auction" button. Place your bids as the increments increase. An item will close every 15 seconds. This auction will take approximately 2 hours to close out. Auction Closing: Our Internet auctions use a "soft close" format. An item will close every 10 seconds after the beginning of an auction. This gives the bidder the opportunity to bid on more than one item. If there is an advance bid inside of 2 minutes to close the bidding, that item will be extended by 5 minutes. This process will continue until there is no more bidding activity. Payment: A 13% (10% for cash or good check) buyer's premium will be added to the final purchase price of each item. Payment is expected on pick up day. We accept most major credit cards, cash or good check. *If you fail to attend pick up, your purchases will be charged to your credit card that you registered with. If we must move your purchases back to our office there will be a 20% no show fee charged. Items can then be picked up at our office when balance due and no show fee is paid. Items will be stored for 3 days. After that point there will be a $1.00 per day fee per item. After 30 days, the items will be considered abandoned and resold. All monies will be retained by Donnie Ingham Auctions and any losses will be owed by delinquent buyer. Sales Tax: 8% New York State sales tax will be charged on all purchases and buyer's premium. If you are tax exempt, you must sign a resale or farm exempt form.
