Dealers: Please bring a copy of your completed Exemption Resale Certificate (Form 5000 or 5000A) or text a copy to our company phone number. All sales will be taxed if we do not have this form on file.

Cash and Credit cards are accepted; NO checks.
Backpacks, strollers, and large purses will not be allowed into the sale. Please plan accordingly.
Bring boxes and packing materials as they will not be provided. Please bring help to load large items, there are no movers on sight.

We don't leave valuables overnight, and the premises are monitored.
There are no pre-sales or early entry’s unless otherwise stated in the description.

All merchandise is sold "As is", "Where is" with no Warranties, Expressed or Implied, as to the merchant-ability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, or period of the property. No refunds, returns, exchanges or merchandise guarantees. All sales are final. If you purchase large items we can hold them until end of sale but if you do not return we reserve the right to resell with no refunds.
