We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 25 at one time. NO children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation! This charming single-family home built in 1930 is going to be demolished at the end of the month and the sale will be a combination of household items and items which normally stay with a home. The stove, dishwasher and microwave oven will be for sale as well as all of the newly replaced bathroom fixtures including toilets, sinks and vanities, mirrors, light bars, towel bars and more. There will be a brand new hot water heater and a Maytag washer and dryer. Vintage interior doors with built-in mirrors, lighting fixtures throughout the home, draperies, blinds and window shades will also be included. In front of the home, the retaining wall flagstone is going to be up for sale. In addition, there is furniture for every room, home and holiday decor, one-of-a-kind ceramic sculptures and nice collectibles, useful household items and more. It all must go!
