EMISSION TESTING NOTICE: Weathervane Auction is exempt from providing emissions testing or inspections for motor vehicles pursuant to regulations adopted under NRS 445B.770 for motor vehicles sold at a consignment auction. Therefore, buyers who reside in an area where emissions testing or inspections are required will be responsible for obtaining their own emissions certificates prior to registering the vehicle. Any repairs necessary to bring the vehicle purchased into compliance is also the responsibility of the buyer.

PHONE BIDDERS- Please understand that this is a courtesy that we offer and all phone calls are not guarenteed At times there may be too many phone calls, mistakes may happen, if you really want the item please use phone bidding as a back up to to absentee bidding. Buyer responsible for pick up of all items. Item Must Start for more then $15.00 if leaving a phone bid or phone bidder will automaticly start bid at $15.00 unless there is a previous bidder at that amount or higher. if you are not willing to bid at lease $15.00 on item please leave a regular aabsentee bid on the item

In Person Bidder Must Pay for all items day of Auction
All online Bidders, Items must be paid for No Later Wednesday AM and Picked up by Wednesday. Shipped items, including proxy, will go out on Thursdays and Fridays. For all those bidding online we have the right to charge credit cards on file at any time immedatly after you have become the high bidder.

PROXY BIDDERS
1. We will bill your credit card on file, either immediately after the auction or within a few days.
2. If you are out of state we do all shipping on Thursdays. If you are out of state you will not pay tax but will pay for shipping. Remember that Invoices from Proxiy bid may be an incorrect total just remind front desk person and it will be fixed for you if not already done.
3. If You are new to us and Buying Coins or Gold or Large Amount we can request a Wire transfer to pay for the Purchase of Items at any time.

Delivery may be available for larger items. Check with auction house before bidding.
*** All items must be paid for by the end of the day unless previous arrangements are made before the auction. All Items Still belong to the Consignors up till an item has been paid for and they may choose to do what is in there best interest if Items have not been paid for immedatly after item is Auctioned.
The increments will be determined by the Auctioneer at time of sale - whatever He/She thinks appropriate at the time.

All buyers must pay sales tax, unless a tax exempt certificate is on file before auction start time. Forms are available at the front counter. All Buyers with a resale will need to sign a form saying that everything on there invoice each and every week is for resale purpose only. We will gladley make changes if needed. We also do charge sales tax on Buyers Premium. Zack from taxation said it is the Law in Nevada and we have to charge it unless you are a registered reseller.

Internet bidders are responsible for shipping charges which will be ascertained as soon as possible after auction purchases have been aggregated. A minimal handling fee of $5 may be assessed if purchases will not fit in United States Postal prepaid shipping boxes. Plus Material Fee and Acutal Shipping Charges are buyers responsiblity. By bidding, you are agreeing to these fees if items need to be shipped.
**We will charge credit cards on purchases that need to mailed 2 times. Once for the invoice and second for shipping fees as soon as package is ready to go out. By bidding online you are agreeing to allow Weathervane, Auctions Buy Sammy B to charge your credit card for any online bids that have not been paid for. Please pick up your items each week or call for special instructions. You are also agreeing to no Charge Backs. If a customer does not comply you will be responsible for and Travel, Attorney, Late fees, Interest charged as well.

Bidding at an Auction is a Binding Contract for Purchase and Will be Pursued. In the event your funds are not avaliable or no good buyer will also be responsible for collection fee and interest.
All payment methods are subject to change and the auction house reserves the right to request payment at any time throughout auction for first time auction attendees or people who have held a balance in the past.
To obtain a bidder number and registration person must have a valid drivers license or ID is required to bid. Deposit for bid card is on a case by case situation.

Consignors are prohibited from bidding on their own consigned items.
Sub Contractors and Staff may bid on items for personal consumption and must pay buyers premium and tax at the end of the day.
