" INSPECTION: All items are sold in "AS IS" condition.Inspection of items is highly encouraged. Bidders are required to make their own inspection of the items that they are bidding on.All descriptions of the items are believed to be correct and have been conscientiously described by a reliable source, however the auctioneer or seller does not guarantee said descriptions. Placing a bid on an item is the Bidder's acceptance of the condition of the item based on their inspection of the item whether inspection was done in person or online.The failure of Bidder to inspect the items does not constitute grounds for dispute.Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
" SYSTEM FAILURE: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, the Auctioneer reserves the right to extend bidding, close the bidding, or continue the bidding. Neither the Auctioneer nor the online bidding software and service provider shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by the Auctioneer.
" AUCTION CLOSING:Each auction item will extend an additional 1 minute each time there is bidding activity within the last 1 minute of the auction closing and will continue to extend 1 minute until there is no bidding activity within the last 1 minute of the current close time.
" BUYER'S PREMIUM & PAYMENT: A Buyer's Premium of 18% will be charged on all online bids with a 3% discount for cash or approved NC Check with proper identification. Forms of payment acceptable are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, NC Check with proper identification. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or deny any check that auctioneer deems a risk. If a wire transfer is requested there will be an additional $20 Fee. There will $35 fee on returned checks. Currency Type: USD
" TAXES: North Carolina sales tax will be charged at the required rate. Tax Exempt Bidders must have form E595E on file with the auction company to be tax exempt.
" ITEM PICKUP: Items must be picked up or shipping arranged (responsibility of bidder) within the posted pickup period.If items are not picked up or shipping arranged within the pickup period invoice will be charged and items returned back to the Seller.No refunds or charge-backs will be granted due to a lack of removal during the designated times. JHA does not provide labor, equipment, tools or supplies needed to package or remove purchases. Please bring sufficient tools and labor.
" ADD OR DELETE ITEMS: Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the auction listing at any time.
" TIME ZONE: Eastern Standard Time
" REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Must register with a valid credit card and a valid email address. Email address will be used for notification of bids won, billing, and for future auction notifications.
