CASH is preferred. All Credit Card transactions have a 3% Convenience Fee added to the final purchase amount. ATTENTION! No Public Restrooms available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos, be waiting in line when we OPEN, we do not sell ahead of the actual sale opening and we do not "hold" items until you arrive. EVERYTHING IS SOLD “AS-IS” “WHERE-IS”. Handling and loading of heavy items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please plan accordingly. The garage will most likely be open one hour before the house on the first day. You should sign in upon arrival for entry to the house before you shop the garage. There are many good items in the garage from Heisey glass to Antique tools. The house is packed and stacked. Michael Jordan and other sports memorabilia. Antique Barrister cases. Antique bookcases. Antique dolls and toys. Three circa WWII military blankets. Kitchen is full. Perfume bottles. Some perfumes have the original boxes. There are some reproduction mechanical banks and some toy/miniature canons. First edition books. Basketball and other sports cards. Candle holders signed R. Lalique.
