As per Alabama sales tax code all purchases will be taxed at 10% for this sale. If you have a tax exemption certificate please bring a copy so that we will have it on file. If you do not have a current exemption certificate on file you will be charged tax.
We have a 13% buyer’s premium reduced to 10% if paying by cash or check. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. Please remember that all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Due to liability issues we DO NOT LOAD, please bring helpers if you need them. If you are doing a home renovation this is the place to get hugely discounted beautiful flooring. If you need it, we just might have it! Stop by and see us during our preview times. We will be open for preview Friday, October 2nd from 10 am to 3 pm and Saturday, October 3rd from 10 am until we begin the auction at 4 pm.
