We have a great sale for you this week in Temecula. This horse ranch is not far and is right off the 79 – La Paz area, right before Pechanga Parkway. Ranch includes a 3000 sf, 4 bedroom house, a ranch office and a Tool Room (Barn has already been emptied out). Every area is PACKED! I am willing to PRE-SELL any large furniture, so just call or text me! The house has furniture in every room including nice dining room Table, China Cabinet, cute tea cart, two sets of coffee tables and matching end tables. The pool table is NOT slate, so it is easy to move and still looks great! The kitchen is packed out with several sets of china, small kitchen appliances and lots of serving items just in time for the holidays! We also have several desks both large and small, which are perfect for the work at home employee or to create workspaces for your home schooled children! There are 4 bedrooms of matching beds, dressers and nightstands, lamps, several computers, vintage office supplies, linens, several sewing machines, lots of sewing and craft items and fabric, and so much more! Everything is priced to move!
In the garage, we have several bins of record albums, all sizes, lots of 8-track tapes and player, lots of cd’s, movies and more! Garage also has lots of holiday items, several bins of hallmark ornaments, filing cabinets, lots of random garage items and over 6 white storage cabinets to organize your garage!
The patio has a nice swing, patio chairs and table, (2) great picnic tables and a Treadmill that works great! Don’t forget the Ranch office and Tool Room which is a short path off the patio. The Ranch office has been converted into a vintage tv repair shop with several vintage televisions, boxes of tv repair guides, tubes and random tv repair tools. The tool room next door has several table saws, Craftsman tool chests and LOTS of handtools, power tools and more!
Note: Face Coverings are REQUIRED. We may need to limit how many people are in the house at one time. Hand Sanitizer and handwashing stations are available.
