BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House. 1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card. 2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final. NO EXCEPTIONS! 3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. 4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises. 5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not. NO EXCEPTIONS! 6. There will be NO Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House will NOT charge state sales tax for this auction as it is a charity auction. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction. 7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before the bid. 8. The Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots. 9. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. Items must be picked up at the auction house by November 4, 2020, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction House. 1 Native American Sterling & Opal Jewelry Set The necklace and bracelet are hallmarked and the earrings have sterling French wires. The beautiful opals are synthetic. The earrings and necklace are signed. The artists are Harry Spencer and Ella Cowboy - inlayer. Bidding on this set starts a... 2 Native American 3 Strand Buffalo Bone Choker This is made on memory wire with silver plated beads and synthetic turquoise beads plus other items. It was made by Navajo jewelry artist Severn Blackmountain. Starting bid has been set at $20.00. 3 Navajo Sterling/Turquoise Squash Blossom Set The 18 inch long necklace is hallmarked and contains 19 Turquoise stones. The round Naja is about 1 7/8 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide. The earrings are an inch long. This was made by Navajo artists Phil and Lenora Garcia and the bidding start... 4 Navajo Carved Jet/Sterling Eagle Pendant/Chain The beak is mother of pearl and the claws are sterling wire. It is hallmarked and is about 2.75 inches long and has pendant hooks on the wing backs for the 18 inch chain. Two Navajo artists worked together to make this piece. Starting bid is $40. 5 Navaho Sterling Turquoise and Coral Jewelry Set The necklace hangs about 18 inches opened up and the earrings are an inch long. This was made by Navajo artist Margie Chee.
