In light of the current State of Maine Covid-19 protocols we have made the Kennebunk Promise for your safety and the safety of our staff.

If you are ill, please stay at home, view our offerings online and contact us should you want to purchase the item(s). No items will be sold over the phone or email prior to 9:30 am on the first day of the sale. Folks in attendance will have first dibs.

ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR FACIAL MASKS to enter the estate and remain indoors. NO Exceptions.

A limited number of attendees will be admitted at one time.

Additional Covid protocols will be posted at the sale.

First come - first serve! We do not have a sign up sheet so form a line outside the front door. You will have access to the sale promptly at 9am.

Once inside the estate, we have staff available to help you with your selections. We have a holding table for those items as well.

We do not move or load furniture so please come prepared to move your own items before the sale ends!

We accept Cash, ALL MAJOR Credit Cards, and all good checks.

Please leave your bags and boxes in your vehicle. We provide baskets to help carry your items.

A complimentary packing station is available when checking out. We are happy to provide SOLD tags once your items have been paid for.

PARKING IS LIMITED TO DESIGNATED ON STREET PARKING AREAS ONLY! Please DO NOT park on neighbor's lawns.We appreciate your cooperation for adhering to designated parking locations.

We do consider internet offers. We accept internet offers one half hour after the sale begins and if the item has not sold. We honor those who have been waiting in line!
