If you are experiencing respiratory or flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills or fatigue, we ask that you kindly refrain from coming to this sale.

The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority and we will be wearing masks and with the WI mask mandate will require customers to do the same. If you are not willing, or able, please refrain from coming to this sale.

Under the unique circumstances that COVID19 has brought to our communities we will be abiding by our limited amount of people allowed in the house at one time due to the Governors new order as of 10/6/2020 (NO MORE THAN 20 AT A TIME). If you are waiting outside in line, we ask that you wait at least 6 Feet Apart. You may experience longer than normal wait times and may want to bring a lawn chair. See below for entry number system.

S&H Estate Sales & Service Rules:

A number entry system will be utilized at this sale on Friday at 8 am (we open at 9 am). There will be a tote with numbers in it. We will allow only 20 people at a time.. There may be a wait time for entry. Please get in line on a first come/first serve basis on Saturday. There will be no early sales. Please remember you are a guest in someone’s home. No pets allowed (except for service animals). The old adage of “you break it, you buy it” will apply. Our staff is NOT able to lift/carry/haul your purchases, so PLEASE arrange for pick-up and help of whatever you plan on buying, especially large appliances and furniture. In fairness to all customers we will NOT give out price information in advance. The address will not be published until one day before the sale.

Terms and Conditions: Cash & Local Checks are accepted. A $30 charge will apply for NSF. Credit Cards will be accepted based only on internet reception and only for purchases over $10.00. (All Check transactions will require a signature & phone number. DUE TO COVID ALL CC TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SIGNED BY THE CASHIER WITH A FIRST NAME AND COVID TO KEEP GERMS TO A MINIMUM ON THE CC TABLET) Taxes are required to be collected at a 5.5% rate, per State law.
