Time slots may be given- Shoppers can leave or wait in their vehicles returning 5 mins. before their scheduled time of entry.
Masks are required to enter the sale- Please bring your own mask. EOA will not be providing any masks
Gloves- Preferred but not required
Checkout- Please maintain 6' between DISTANCE.

Please note: we accept cash, MasterCard or Visa with proper I.D. No checks or American Express. 10.25% California state tax applies to all purchases unless you hold & show a valid California resale certificate at time of purchase. Credit/debit 3.75% fee, will be processed through Square and will require an email address. No checks. All items are sold with no warranty and no exchanges or refunds are allowed. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people that are in the home at any given time. When attending the estate sale, please do not block the neighbors’ driveways and be respectful of the home and surrounding property. No large bags, backpacks, boxes or similar items will be allowed in the house. Please leave them in your vehicle. If you normally purchase a lot at estate sales, it is advisable to bring your own bags as packaging materials and bags are often limited. Unfortunately, we do not move furniture or other heavy items. Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Bring help to load large items. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.
