You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, ZELLE, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. ANAHEIM SESSION 2 OUR CLIENT HAS EMPTIED THE ATTIC AND BROUGHT EVERYTHING DOWNSTAIRS! WE HAVE NOT YET BEEN BACK SO WE HAVE NOT YET SEEN THE NEWLY DISCOVERED TREASURES... WE WILL POST PICTURES PRIOR TO THE SALE. ALSO, WE WILL REVISE DESCRIPTION ONCE WE BETTER ORGANIZE BEGINNING NEXT WEEK. NICE QUALITY MERCHANDISE IN MANY CATEGORIES!!!
Here is how it will work this time. We will be running two concurrent sales basically… Make an appointment for the house, you will be given a specific time slot. Shop and pay for items in the house. Once you are done shopping in the house, you will put your items in your car. Next, you are free to shop at your leisure in the garage, driveway and backyard. You will not be able to re enter the house as we will adhere to our strict appointment only protocol for social distancing.
JUST FYI... OUR SITE HAD OVER 20,000 VISITORS/HITS FOR THE ANAHEIM SALE WE CONDUCTED IN SEPTEMBER. A RECORD FOR US AND LIKELY FOR ESTATESALES.NET!!! INCREDIBLE!!! (JUST AS A REFERENCE, WE USUALLY HAVE 4-6000 VISITORS ON THE SITE PER SALE.)
WE WILL BEGIN AT 60% OFF ON THE REMAINING ITEMS FROM LAST SESSION, ON ITEMS FROM ATTIC AND ITEMS NOT FOR SALE BEFORE, WE WILL FOLLOW OUR NORMAL PRICE STRUCTURE IE FULL PRICE, THEN A TIERED DISCOUNT AS SALE PROGRESSES....

You will need to look everywhere, in every room and on every shelf and inside every case in order to capture the essence of this sale.
PLEASE NOTE I send these emails as a courtesy to our email list before I begin advertising. This gives my email list a chance to set appointments ahead of the general public. I usually do not post pictures until we advertise to a broader audience. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We are a business that will continue to put our customers' safety first...Our policy is for everyone to wear a mask and practice social distancing-no exceptions. Our sales will be by appointment only, small groups of people at a time; there are no public sales until further notice. Thank you.
I wear a mask and require those who attend to do the same. Wearing a mask means that both your mouth and nose are covered. Please bring your own boxes and wrap and be prepared to pay one of three ways:
1) By Check....if I accept checks from you on a regular basis. 2) In Cash....bring exact change ie multiple denominations and change as I will not have a "cash box." 3) By Zelle (B of A and most major banks offer this free online money transfer service.)

New Format, New Guidelines, New Protocols ...... to ensure everyone's safety.
NEW AND MODIFIED PROTOCOLS:
We are just beginning to add pictures and should have most of the pictures uploaded by Tuesday prior to Thursday's opening. Appointment Times In order to not cross over other people, everyone needs to respect the appointment time they were given - no exceptions. Please do not arrive early.
Masks and Social Distancing Everyone will be required to wear masks...no exceptions. Wearing a mask means that your mouth and face are both covered. We will maintain "social distancing" when together and strictly limit the number of people who attend at any given time.
Wrap You will need to bring your own boxes, bags and paper as none will be provided; this ensures your materials will not be touched.
Payments Will need to conform to the following:
1) By check, if I know you well and you have written checks to us many times before.
2) Through Zelle ( an online banking payment system initially through B of A but now used by Wells Fargo and Chase.)
3) In Cash (you must be able to pay the exact amount as we will not make change or handle money. Please be sure to bring multiple denominations and change in order to pay the exact amount.)
