Special instructions for this Sale: *CHECKS with ID, CASH, ALL CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
Cash, Check with proper ID and ALL Charges, Debits accepted. All Sales final. Please bring help to load large items. We appreciate pickups after 2:00 PM first day of sale , and after 12:00 on Sunday. Security is onsite and valuable jewelry will be removed off hours. We are NOT responsible for accidents. Always watch your step and take care. Watch for caution tape and "take care" caution signs as well as informational signs and posted terms of sale. Attendees must take personal responsibility for proper Covid 19 precautions. Our staff will be wearing masks/face shields. We will be providing hand sanitizer. Masks are required for entry. We provide sold tags at the front and available from staffers for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning opening "rushes" for your convenience or feel free to bring your own with your name on them. Please write your name clearly on the sold tags, tag your desired item and leave it in place, a runner will take to cashier's holding tables for you. We'll take the info on large furniture items to the cashier for you. You will need a receipt to pick up the furniture. All valuable smalls will be bagged and taken to the cashier holding for you by our staff. Leave in place for us to collect for you. All jewelry must be bagged with your name by an assistant and we take to holding for you. If books are not priced on the outside, they are priced in pencil just inside cover to preserve the book. No discounts usually the first day. Large $ purchases., talk to us about a discount. Reasonable offers welcome 2nd and 3rd day of a 3 day sale. Everything is priced to move quickly. You are welcome and encouraged to leave a BID on the first day (& 2nd day of a 3 day sale), on items you are interested in. We do not accept bids under half. Bid boxes and bid sheets are available several places in the home for your convenience. the last day is our fun discount day where all is negotiable and much at half price. Security is in place in the home and by our staff, theft is strongly prosecuted. Please leave large bags, baskets, and overcoats at home or in your car. Tag large furniture and items with a sold tag and your name or ask for assistance. We will deliver the info to the cashier. Check to make sure all your items are there when you check out. You will need your receipt to remove large pieces. YOU are responsible for moving and delivery of your items.
