What a very nice sale we have this coming week ! Not many tools for the guys, but I promise we’ll be making up for that, in upcoming sales ! This week’s sale will be at 78 Rosewood, in the Timbercreek area of Lake Jackson. It will be Friday and Saturday, October 23-24, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling people on the list around 8:45. PLEASE park responsibly !!! There’s a big bank of neighborhood mail boxes, quite literally, next to the driveway. DO NOT BLOCK THE MAILBOXES !!!!! Don’t block driveways, fire hydrants, or up on the curbs. A lot of homeowners have sprinkler systems near the curbs. And, the local constabulary has sharpened pencils, to issue citations.
We ARE still requiring masks being worn, CORRECTLY !! This means covering your nose and mouth. Or, a full face shield. I hate wearing masks, and I know no one else really likes it. But, that’s whats demanded at this point in time, so, we’ll abide by it. There are bottles of hand sanitizer placed around the house, use it. Please practice social distancing, also. Please don’t make us ask you to leave the sale.
Large or bulky items will have two part tags on them. Please take the BOTTOM half of the tag, if you wish to purchase an item. If you change your mind, please give the tag to an EL worker. (we’re the ones wearing the shirts that have “Estate Liquidators” on them.) Cool concept, eh ?
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, or pack mules. You’ll need to make arrangements to have your items moved, please.
There will be NO CHILDREN IN THE SALE AREAS, PLEASE.
NO large, or bulky purses, hand bags, or back packs allowed in the sale.
We DO collect sales tax, we’re a legitimate business.
