Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM and launches at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com! Signups launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site. We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 25 at one time. NO children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation! This 3,200 square foot 4-bedroom traditional style home located adjacent to Turnberry Country Club features a golf cart loaded with upgrades, a John Deere riding mower and all accessories, a pair of push lawn mowers, a snowthrower and power tools just to name a few of the goodies in the garage. Throughout the home, garage and basement there are high-end stereos, receivers, speakers & sub-woofers with stands, remotes and original boxes as well as high-end turntables, cassette, CD & DVD players, flat screen TVs and all components. There are computers and vintage component equipment, cords and accessories as well. In addition, high-end Italian and French racing bike parts, BMX bike parts, auto parts including tires, rims and seats and lots of auto tools. There is an art easel, art supplies, drafting pens and marker sets. The man of the house was an engineer, architect, draftsman and artist and all of his passions are represented in the sale.
