Listing Information

The house is sold and the owner is moving down south so we have a house full of treasures to sell this Friday and Saturday. This home has a beautifully landscaped lot full of planters, fountains, and cement statues. The outdoor furniture includes a vintage porch glider and redwood chaises. The basement is full of John Deere and Toro mowers all tuned up a ready to cut. There is also a nice working MTG snow blower with all the attachments and tire chains. All yard machines are clean, functional, and come with original manuals. We found lots of old fishing tackle, tools, vinyl records, a ladies bicycle, US Stamp collectio, cameras, & original vintage Louis Vuitton. There are sofas, loveseats, upholstered chairs and a complete bench made maple kitchen set with 6 chairs, 2 leaves, and a hutch! An antique mahoganny ladies desk and a handmade whaleback wall shelf have been added to the sale. There is a 1950’s Aurora Model Motorotoring race set, an old train set, some beautiful old hand hammered chargers and vases from the Middle East. There is a Russian perfume that looks like Moser, blue and white stoneware, and vintage German Beer Garden steins. There is a fine Korean Celadon Vase and Tea set. We also found a giant load of costume jewelry along with some Mexican Sterling, Sterling rings with precious stones, and 3 sets of gold/peridot and diamond earrings. One of the most unusual items is an ancient pre-Christian bronze pitcher of the bull god found buried in the desert in what is now Iran. There are also 2 finely woven vintage Persian carpets that have never been on the floor! You’ll also find the usual selection of household goods, pans, clothing and other household items.

Here's what we found in the POD: A TEAC A 3440 semi pro reel to reel along with another TEAC X 10R Reel to reel. Both in mint condition with dust covers. There was also a Yamaha ELectric Piano with stand and stool, Some really great tool benches on rollers, Gun Cleaning kit. Some really cool antique framed Colt Revovlver Advertising Prints. There is a great oak bookcase, books, CDs, DVDs! There were tons of gardening tools, aluminum laddders, block and tackles, old rope, and some amazing old growth pine slabs more than 24" wide and 6 feet long! There was old pitchforks, axes, car ramps, meat smokers, wheelbarrows, TONS and TONS in the shed, I think we found the largest collection of Christmas trees and decorations we’ve ever seen. Check the photos all week long as we unpack. There will be some surprises for sure!
