While cash is always preferred, we also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Paypal, Zelle, Checks, Money Order and Wire transfer. Personal checks are accepted with proper identification up to $100. All applicable sales tax will be applied to all purchases. Buyers must provide porter service for all large items purchased and remember to bring packing materials to protect those treasures!

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are limiting the number of shoppers that can enter a sale to 5-10 shoppers at a time, depending on the size of the home and to maintain Social Distancing requirements. All Shoppers must wear Face Mask and must comply with all State and local government agencies.

Only clear Shopping bags are permitted at all Estate Sales. We no longer allow large purses, back packs, or opaque shopping bags. All Shoplifters will be prosecuted on site to fullest extent of the law.

All Sales are Final and Blair Burns LLC, reserves the right to remove any item from active selling. We are not responsible for any accidents or personal injury.
