*We are doing only by appointment and online (purchases online can pay by phone or at the door).
*Masks are mandated, do bring clean pair of latex gloves or ones will be provided.
* If you have fever, or had fever in the last few days, been around someone who has contracted Covid-19 virus or been sick, if you have traveled out of states, please understand we cannot grant you entrance due to we have clients living at the premises. Safety is a must here for you, for your seller client and the estate sales liquidator associates.
* An Entry and Property Covid-19 Declaration form will be asked to be filled by all buyers.
* Your temperature will be checked for fever.

Please be respectful of neighbors, your surroundings and neighbors' driveways absolutely no blocking of driveways or entrances of any home by vehicle or person.
