This week’s sale is in a gorgeous home ! Looks like someone just plopped a plantation style house on a lot in town ! And, it’s for sale !!!
The sale will be Friday/Saturday, October 30-31, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The address is 53 Garland Ct., in Lake Jackson. PLEASE park carefully, and courteously ! Don’t block driveways, nor the street, and DO NOT blopck the fire hydrant !! (That can be good for a citation, for sure !
Garland Ct. is off Garland Drive, which runs from Plantation Drive, to 332.
The sign-up sheet will be out, around 8;00 Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling names from the list around 8:45.
There will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREA.
No large bags, back packs, satchels, etc. allowed, or they could be subject to search.
We DO collect sales tax. ‘Cause we’re a business. And, because Greg Abbott, and the State Comptroller says we gotta. (And, ‘ol Greg doesn’t even shop our sales ! Go figure !)
Estate Liquidators DOES NOT PROVIDE LOADERS, HAULERS, NOR PACK MULES !!!! You will need to make arrangements to have your large/bulky items toted, please.
There are containers of hand sanitizer, and soap and water available, throughout the sale areas. USE ‘EM !!!!!
