Come enjoy this Spooky Halloween BLOW-OUT with multiple estates under one clean, spacious and climate-controlled roof! We specialize in REMOTE ESTATE SALES for clients who live in communities that do not allow typical on-site sales. We pack the entire home content and move it to one of our REMOTE FACILITIES and sell it there just like we would if we had sold it on-site. We DO NOT do pre-sales or pre-views, and we sell on a first-come, first-served basis, (no numbers issued). We accept CASH and major credit/debit cards as payment. We can also arrange financing on items between $250.00 - $10,000.00 via SQUARE. Conditions apply. Like most typical on-site sales, Friday is at ticketed prices, Saturday is 25% Off ticketed prices, and Sunday is 50% Off ticketed prices. We will be doing daily spontaneous and previously un-announced discounts all three days this week!
We have added TRUCKLOADS of new merchandise. We will have a number of vintage/relic firearms, (all long-guns - no handguns), and some vintage ammo for sale from our owner's private collection. We WILL NOT know exactly what guns will be available until the morning of the sale but expect to have several available. Firearms and ammo are CASH ONLY, and you must be over 18 years old and possess a valid Florida-Issued ID to buy.
This week we have a Heavy Duty DR Bush and Weed Trimmer, a 2019 Polaris Ranger, a 2008 Bumper-Pull Coachman Adrenaline Toy Hauler RV, a 1999 GMC C6500 24' Box Truck, a 12' JON Boat, a towable farm spreader/sprayer, multiple fifth-wheel hitches and more. Each of those items are simultaneously listed on other sites and are already available for sale at the time of this posting, by appointment.
All non-reserved Sterling silver and solid gold 14k and 18k jewelry will be 50% Off all three days this entire sale weekend. There's a LOT of it! We will have other spontaneous special all three days! Be sure to attend!
