This MCA Online Only Auction is #24 of the Pandemic and features music memorabilia and items from the Estate of the late Chris Nichols. Mr. Nichols owned and operated a tour bus during the 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s.  As the driver, he became close friends with some of the bands and personalities that he drove.  Everything in this collection are original signatures and authentic items that Chris acquired while driving the various personalities across the country to different music venues.  As one can see, many were lovingly displayed, with personal notes and remembrances.

Highlights of this auction include a Framed Display featuring Guns N’ Roses guitarist, Slash. The display includes, among other great collectibles, a ring that was worn by Slash during the tour and a harmonica played by the great Teddy Andreadis. Additionally, there are several guitar picks that were actually used by Slash in concert.

There is a Framed bass guitar signed by members of the metal band Anthrax. A quick review of the internet illustrates that, while there are a number of items available for purchase with one signature of the famous band, there are relatively few available with signatures of ALL of the band members.

There is a Framed display of the Derek Trucks Band with Susan Tedeshi that includes among other items, the glass guitar slide used in concert, with original signatures on it.  The guitar strings are also Derek’s that he broke during a concert. 

Unique items like a Cheryl Crow Access pass. It is unique in that Ms. Crow’s crew were notorious for collecting all passes at the end of the tour. Somehow, Chris managed to keep his.

These are just a few of the items that are being offered in this NO RESERVE ONLINE AUCTION. Artists range from jazz singer Al Jarreau to Toad the Wet Sprocket, from movie actor Pauly Shore to Adam Sandler to 1980s icons, Motley Crue.
