This is the auction for the Allen family. This house will also be for sale by Legacy Home Realtors. This home is a blast from the past.  They saved all the boxes to the toys and it's been a great trip down memory lane. The toys are the star of this auction, but the 2006 Ford Van with low milage is outstanding for a family.  Also, there is an antique butter churn believed to be from Louisville Slugger's Hillerich & Bradsby.  We have contacted Slugger about the piece and they believe it to be made by the legendary Louisville family.

The Allen family home was loaded with toys, furniture, coins, glassware, jewelry, a 2006 Ford Van, an antique butter churn and most items have the original box, including the Star Wars, Masters of the Universe, Transformers, GI Joe and many more vintage toys.  These toys come with the original boxes from the 1970's and 1980's.  We are so excited to share this auction with you.  Bidding is open now!

***Pickup Only on Saturday November 7th from10am-2pm 7808 McCarthy Ave. Louisville, KY 40222.  There will be a $5 fee assessed per item not picked up at that time that will be collected prior to bidding again at our auctions.

We wish to be CDC compliant, so we will work to ensure less than 5 people are ever at the pickup at one time. We will contact you the day after the auction ends with further instruction by email and text.  Please check your spam for messages.  

Terms and Conditions

*All items are sold where is, as is.

*Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding.  This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes.  This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

*We charge a 10% flat buyers premium on all items

*We charge KY State Tax

*You must bring help to pickup any items.  We are not movers.  We can recommend movers upon request.  Also, please bring tools for items that require disassembly.
