We are selling the contents of the former restaurant located at 512/530 Culpeper Town Square. The ONLINE ONLY auction will END on Friday November 6, 2020, at 1pm. PREVIEW will be held on Monday November 2 from 9am until 3pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Pickup and removal will be by appointment on Monday November 9 and Tuesday November 10 by appointment from 9 am until 3pm. 

SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES DURING PICKUP ARE REQUIRED! Please wear a mask if possible, and maintain a safe distance from people if possible. No more than six (6) winning bidders may pick up per one hour time window. Please do not miss your appointment. Items not removed during appointments are subject to forfeiture. 

BRING YOUR OWN HELP. NEITHER THE AUCTIONEER, LANDLORD NOR THE TREASURER'S PERSONNEL WILL PROVIDE LOADOUT ASSISTANCE.

Winning bidders will receive invoices at close of auction with link for appointment scheduling for pickup.  Invoices will be sent from Double A Auction & Realty.

Payments accepted are cash, certified check, or wire. Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Wallet payments will be permitted for invoices less than $2,000 and are subject to 4% convenience fee. Certified funds are to be paid to the Town of Culpeper and may be paid at pickup.

Final sales price is subject to a 10% buyer's premium for total sales price. All sales are subject to Virginia Sales Tax unless buyer presents appropriate VA-ST10 form - NO exceptions. 

Items are subject to removal prior to close of auction at the direction of the Town of Culpeper. Any announcements made during the auction take precedence over any printed materials. 

The walk-in cooler and plumbed-in appliances may only be removed on Tuesday pickup appointments.
