AUCTIONEERS NOTE: This is hunting season so please be respectfully when viewing the property, as all of these tracts are very good hunting for whitetail deer, quail and pheasant. Tract 1 does not have a gate from county road and no county road on the west. Hunting blinds, feeders, or any others personal property located on any of the tracts do not sell. Internet Bidding: will be available by logging on to www.lippardauctions.com to register. Neither the Auction Company nor the Sellers are responsible in the event of loss of signal by either side.
