Bear Left at fork onto Birch Hill Rd. Follow Birch Hill around curve, road name changes to Ryefield Rd, make 1st Right onto Baldwin Ave. ONE SIDE PARKING ONLY PLEASE!

  • Do not come on to the property until the sales staff arrives and invites you to do so. 
  • Please keep the sound down when waiting outside in front of the house.
  • Also, please do not block neighbor's driveways. 

 

EARLY TAG SALE SIGN UP FOR OUR EARLY BIRDS:

If you are one of those folks who likes to be first in line then this is for you!

Early bird sign up begins at 7:00 a.m. We tie a neon pink bag or other bag onto the front porch/mailbox for you to sign-in on. You can arrive earlier and wait outside until 7:00 a.m. There usually is a pre-list so ask people in the other cars info on who has it. Once you sign in on the "official list" you can leave, get coffee, etc. Just be back before we open at 10:00.

Why do we do this? To enable everyone to have the same chance at being first online.

 

When you come into the house, you must wear a Mask and we will offer you hand sanitizer. If you do not have a Mask we will provide you with one. Let's all be careful and respect each other while having fun... and let’s get rid of this virus so we can go back to our normal lives!! Stay safe everyone!
