Preview auction items: Tuesday, Dec 1st 10am - 2pm Preview auction items: Tuesday, Dec 8th 10am - 2pm 10% buyer fee on all items THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: All items sell as is, where is with all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 1:00 PM Thursday Dec 10th. An item will begin to close at 1:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. Loading: Loading will be on Friday Dec 11th 9am to 4pm and Saturday, Dec 12th 9am to 1pm. We will have a telehandler and forklift onsite to assist with loading. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Friday Dec 11th 9am to 4pm and Saturday, Dec 12th 9am to 1pm. If a person cannot pick up the item do not bid. Schmid Auction or seller is not responsible for any accidents of injuries while loading. We will not be able to charge credit cards on-site at the auction pick up.
