We accept cash, and credit cards with small fee. Sales Tax is Required.
All sales are Final, no returns, no exchanges. All items sold as is.
No Pre-sales prior to an Estate Sale. Sale starts at 8:00 am.
Our sign-up list will be on the front walkway at 6:00 a.m.
Please bring your own boxes, packing materials and help to pack, and load large items.
There is plenty of parking. Please do not park in front of any driveways in the area, your car could be towed.
