***CLIENT AND RANCH HANDS ARE LIVING ON THE PROPERTY, AS WELL AS A SECURITY GUARD THE NIGHT BEFORE (and during) THE SALE, SO THEY WILL NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO ENTER THE PROPERTY TO START PARKING UNTIL 8am. ***The police have instructed us that you will NOT be able to park on the main road, so (starting at 8am, and there after) you will come up the drive, and follow the signs to the mowed PASTURE PARKING behind the property. *We can not allow anyone to park in the single lane driveway, or circle drive around the arena, as people will get blocked in. PARKING WILL BE IN THE BACK PASTURE ONLY (which is wet, but beyond our control :( ), so please don't wear your best shoes. ***Once you park, you will walk around to the GATE at the FRONT of the house. We will have #'s out by the gate at 8am. If we happen to run out of numbers at any point, please form a line OUTSIDE the gated courtyard. We, as well as ranch hands/security guard will be there to guide you, if needed. :) ***We have absolutely ZERO cell reception here, so will NOT be able to take credit cards. CASH ONLY (Sorry, this is beyond our control) ***We do NOT have gold, silver, jewelry, or coins at this sale. ***No Children Please*** ***Please bring (or arrange for) your own moving/loading help ***No Refunds or exchanges, so please inspect your TREASURES carefully before purchase. ***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY WHILE YOU ARE VISITING THIS ESTATE SALE. *** You must use one of OUR tags (with your name on it) to tag larger items that you can not carry to your holding area. IF YOU TAG IT, YOU BUY IT !!!! It is not fair to the other customers or the Homeowner if somebody comes through and tags MANY items, then waits and "decides" which ones they are actually going to buy later. Others may have left thinking it was sold, and we could lose the sale for our Sweet Homeowner. |
