All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash and credit-debit cards for purchases over $20.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own clean bags/boxes to pack your items. No large purses will be allowed. Bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Sale Specialists and the property owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the property. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. |

Happy Holidays shoppers, Welcome to another Grasons Co. Central Coast Estate Sale. We are honored to have been chosen to perform this sale in Nipomo. You will find Colonial, Early American and Cottage pieces in this sale including linens, art, and décor items. More pictures and information will be added as set up continues. There are many treasures still to be uncovered! The sale dates are December 4-6 IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFO: Per C.D.C. guidelines all shoppers and employees must practice safe social distancing. Everyone who enters the home must wear a mask and remain a minimum of 6ft. apart throughout the home. Please bring your own mask. As always, be respectful to the neighbors and the Grasons staff.
